We do not want to rely on extravagant words to tell you how special our cakes are.

At SHAYA, what matters most is making desserts that are fresh, honest and worth taking the time to enjoy.

We use real ingredients, and we are willing to spend time on the simple details. Our taro paste is never mixed from commercially produced taro powder. Fresh taro is steamed each morning, then carefully prepared into a smooth and delicate filling. Our orange preserve is also made in-house from fresh oranges, allowing the fruit’s natural sweetness, brightness and aroma to come through.
We do not believe that beautiful packaging should hide what is inside. We simply choose honest ingredients, take care with every step, and let the dessert speak for itself.
